By utilizing Samaa, you enter into a legal agreement with Uwemo. We aim to provide a high-precision cultural tool, governed by fair use and technical integrity.

The Agreement
You agree to use Samaa as intended—as a cultural and timekeeping tool. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the application is strictly prohibited.
1. Acknowledgment
These Terms govern the relationship between you and **Uwemo Applications LLC**. By accessing Samaa, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Intellectual Property
Samaa, including its unique script rendering logic, Nanakshahi math, visual assets, and UI code, is the property of Uwemo.
3. "AS IS" Disclaimer
Samaa is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." While we strive for mathematical and astronomical precision in our timekeeping, Uwemo provides no warranty that the service will be error-free, meet all specific requirements, or operate without interruption.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uwemo's total liability for any claim arising from the use of Samaa shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service (or 10 USD if no purchase was made). We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Samaa immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming (for Uwemo Applications LLC), excluding conflict of law rules. Your use of the application may also be subject to local or international laws.
