Our Stance
"We don't collect what we don't need. We don't share what we don't have."
1. Data Minimization & Collection
While using Samaa, we may collect **Usage Data** automatically. This is strictly diagnostic information—such as your device type, OS version, and app performance logs—to ensure the script logic renders correctly across all hardware.
Unlike standard applications, Samaa does **not** collect:
- ✕ Precise Location
- ✕ Contacts / Identity
- ✕ Browsing History
- ✕ Financial Info
2. Tracking & Local Storage
On our web platform, we use essential cookies to remember your language preferences. Within the Samaa mobile application, we use **Local Storage** to save your settings (such as 12/24h format). This data stays on your device and is never synced to external servers unless you explicitly create a backup account.
3. Use of Your Information
The limited data we collect is used exclusively for:
- Service Maintenance: Monitoring app stability and fixing crashes.
- Security: Protecting against fraudulent use or unauthorized access.
- Direct Communication: Responding to your support inquiries via legal@uwemo.com.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may only disclose data if required by law or in the event of a merger/acquisition where the new entity is bound by this same Privacy Policy.
5. Children's Privacy
Samaa is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover any such data has been transmitted, we will purge it from our systems immediately.
