Notice to Crew
"Avion Calc is a secondary calculation aid. Official airline documentation always takes precedence."
1. Grant of License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Avion Calc application for professional or personal aviation flight duty calculations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying calculation logic of the software.
2. Operational Liability & "As-Is" Provision
Avion Calc is a mathematical processing tool provided on an **"As-Is"** and **"As-Available"** basis. While our logic engines are designed for high precision, flight crew members are solely responsible for verifying all data against official operator manuals (OM-A) and regulatory requirements (EASA, FAA, etc.).
Uwemo and Geeky Hawks FZE LLC shall not be held liable for:
- Exceedance of Flight Time Limitations (FTL).
- Regulatory fines or disciplinary actions.
- Flight delays or scheduling errors.
- Hardware failure or data corruption during flight operations.
3. Calculation Updates & Accuracy
Aviation regulations are subject to change. While we periodically update our logic to reflect new standards, it is your responsibility to ensure the application is updated to the latest version and that the parameters (such as report/debrief buffers) are correctly configured for your specific airline.
4. Intellectual Property
The Avion brand, logos, and proprietary "HUD" interface designs are the exclusive property of Uwemo. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our branding in third-party pilot training or software is prohibited without express written consent.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Avion Calc at any time. We are not obligated to provide data backups or historical log retrieval should the service be terminated.
